Everything you need to book, pack, and plan for the Zipster Tenure Retreat in Healdsburg, November 9–11, 2026.
Flights for Non-Bay Area Zipsters
Zip will soon send you an invitation to book your flights through Navan with additional details. We recommend flying into one of the following airports:
- —Santa Rosa (STS) — closest to the resort, roughly 20 minutes by car.
- —San Francisco (SFO) — largest flight selection, roughly 90 minutes north of Healdsburg.
- —Oakland (OAK) — convenient East Bay option, roughly 80 minutes from the resort.
Hotel booking
After submitting your RSVP, you will receive an email with your hotel confirmation for November 9–11. The email will include a link to book additional nights after the retreat at your own expense, for those who are interested.
Please complete your hotel booking promptly so we can finalize the room block and on-site amenities.
Parking
Complimentary overnight parking is included at Montage Healdsburg for the duration of the retreat. Guests driving their personal vehicles can check in at the resort’s front drive, where valet will assist with arrival.
Attire
The retreat is casual and wine-country relaxed. We recommend comfortable layers, walking shoes, and a light jacket for cool mornings and evenings. Tuesday activities may include time outdoors, so dress accordingly.

Mandatory sessions
To honor the purpose of the retreat and keep the group aligned, please plan to attend the following sessions:

- —Morning content — Tuesday morning
- —Celebration dinner — Tuesday evening
Guest Policy
This is an internal event for Zipsters only. Employees who choose to extend their stay may welcome guests at the resort on Wednesday, November 11, once the program has concluded.
What's included
- —Two-night stay at Montage Healdsburg (November 9–10).
- —Welcome reception light fare and hosted beverages.
- —Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday.
- —Wednesday breakfast.
- —Your choice of Tuesday activity.
On your own
- —Bar, restaurant, mini-bar, and in-room dining charges.
- —Spa treatments outside of the hosted activity selection.
- —Any incidentals billed to your room.
- —Additional nights outside the credited two-night stay.
Transportation from San Francisco
Ground transportation will be arranged based on RSVP responses. Please check back for more information.
- —Zipsters driving a personal vehicle : parking is complimentary at the resort for the nights of the retreat.
- —Arriving by flight: Uber or Lyft is recommended between Santa Rosa, SFO, or OAK and Montage Healdsburg.
